INVOICES & PAYMENTS: Initial invoices will be emailed directly from the platform you bid on. If you bid on our platform you will receive an email with a payment link once items are ready to ship. You can make payments directly on Proxibid and Live Auctioneers (except fo firearm auctions- then we will send you a payment link).
PICKUP: You can pay cash, check, debit card, or credit card (3% Credit Card Processing Fee), with 7.375% sales tax (unless exempt and have a form on file with us).
SHIPPING: You can pay via Wire transfer, debit card or credit card. Credit card processing fees are calculated and added at time of charge 3%. Taxes will be adjusted at the time of payment based on shipping location and exempt status as recorded by each platform.
SHIPPING: We will assume we are shipping if you are out of state, and yes we begin shipping Friday at 9am! If you live out of state and have an address change or are picking up notify us immediately.
If we are shipping you will either have shipping added to the first invoice if unpaid or you will receive a 2nd invoice with a payment link when your items are boxed. Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges will be included.
FIREARMS: We are a licensed FFL dealer and can do firearm transfers on site. Please bring ID and Permit. For shipping please email a C&R /FFL to firearms@anewdayauctions.com
BIDDING
Our Webcasts are not a timed auction but they are Live Online Only. We still have the auctioneer call the auction in lot number order. There are just no bidders in person in the building- everyone is online. We sell between 80-110 lots an hour. Occasionally, we do Simulcast auctions when we also have bidders live in the building in addition to online bidding. The live audio broadcast is for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon to bid. We do not currently broadcast video.
If you have slow or unreliable internet we advise you to leave pre-bids. If you are unable to bid online we can still place pre-bids for you if you email, call or leave them with us in person at least 2 hours prior to the auction. We do not offer phone bidding.
We typically have multiple platforms running- these do not talk to each other. If you bid on the same lot on multiple platforms you will be bidding against yourself- DON”T DO IT! Each platform is like a bidder to the auctioneer with a clerk calling bids once the auction goes live. Any bids that are not coming in on the same platform you are be shown as “onsite”, just like if bidders were in the building.

When you complete your bidder you will be prompted to enter your email and create a password. Once completed, you will be registered to bid online for all our upcoming online auctions! PRE-BIDDING: Pre-bids can only be placed up until the webcast is live- which is about 1/2 hour prior to start time, after the webcast has started you can no longer place pre-bids. You will only be able to bid when the lot is in the ring once the webcast has started. Once the auction is live in the webcast you can see your pre-bids under watched lots /closed lots. or you can open another tab and go to the auction you want to review and “VIEW LOTS” and then look at your “WATCHED” lots.
